When Alayna introduced this show IMMEDIATELY i was like "uh oh...those couples are gonna need a therapist" and I'm SO glad this show (as wild as it was) was facilited and guided by a therapist who seems to be a specialist in this field. (Complete side note Alayna's outfit is so cute and professional and therapist like *chefs kiss*!)
